New Pinned Post Alert
Hello. Welcome to the party. In this blog you'll find me obsessing over the Elder Scrolls games and the bizarre women I've invented to star in them. I like writing, drawing, reading, and making bad puns.
Tales I've Written:
Saint Sylvie (Morrowind): What's a girl to do when she has no family, no memories, and a singularly confusing set of orders? For Sylvie, the answer is simple: defeat all evil, and have a fabulous time doing it.
A Respectable Lady's Guide to Skyrim (Skyrim): Things Sophrine Aulette is: a brilliant chef, a loving daughter, a half-decent alchemist.
Things Sophrine Aulette is NOT: an adventurer, a thief, a warrior, a hero.
Until a gap-year road trip goes horribly wrong, and Sophrine comes to the unpleasant realization that she may be all of the above and more.
Land of Ash and Heart (Skyrim and Morrowind): Reluctant Dragonborn Sophrine Aulette sets off for the remote island of Solstheim to uncover a conspiracy, investigate strange Daedric happenings, and possibly save the world.
Two hundred years earlier, her ancestor Sylvie the Nerevarine does essentially the same thing.
Where does history end and family legend begin? And is arcane knowledge really worth all the tentacles?
Mephala's Thrice-Damned Web (mostly Skyrim): Several short tales of the Dragonborn, and those whose fates are irrevocably tangled up with hers.
Stage-Managed and Murdered (Morrowind): Dagoth Ur has a lot to say. The Nerevarine isn't particularly interested in listening.
Man is Not Made for Defeat (Oblivion): Sacha Llervu- closer of gates, annoyer of emperors, Arena Grand Champion- doesn't precisely consider herself worthy to have admirers. A certain young sports enthusiast strongly disagrees.
The Blood of the Covenant (Skyrim): …is thicker than the water of the womb, as the saying goes. In which the Last Dragonborn and a vampire with a nightmarish family discover that sisterhood comes in many forms.
