Made this for twt originally but did y’all know I love to give my unnecessary commentary on Fate designs / character choices (individual screenshots of my story under the cut)
FGO Characters!💚🩵
After the revelation that Noah had to entrust his Saint Graph and power to “a certain Heroic Spirit” (obviously Nemo) in order to stay materialized in Babylon after getting literally backstabbed by Beast VI, this begs a question:
Whose Spirit Origin was in charge of the Saint Graph during Noah’s time disguising as “Captain”? Nemo, Noah, or both?
The answer lies within the feathers on “Captain”’s turban.
(I’m using Nemo’s First Ascension as a comparison because it’s the one that appears the most in the story)
Nemo has a single feather colored deep blue (representing Triton) and white (representing Captain Nemo) bound by a small clip. “Captain” has two feathers: one is the same as Nemo’s and the other is a much bigger one colored ocean blue with a shade of deep blue and white, and they’re bound by a slightly bigger circular clip. Okay, Nemo has the same circular clip but with different color from Second Ascension onwards, but that’s besides the point.
Why are the colors on “Captain”’s bigger feather and the shape of the clip important?
Because those are the colorations and shape of Noah’s chest jewels.
In conclusion: Both were in control, but Noah was the more dominant one.
On a more humorous note, I knew “Captain” is not a version of Captain Nemo because he acts way too nice. In fact, you can tell which of the two was in control by their speeches and actions.
Edit: some corrections on the terminologies
