💦 Third grade soccer practice: Lawrence had been put on the sidelines, again. Marvin Lart was the only other person who sat here as often as he did, and the freckly, round little redhead tended to sit as far away from him on the bench as possible. But today, he was inching closer, big red cup of water in hand. Closer. Gradually, closer. Then, suddenly, he jerked forward, splashing the cup over Lawrence, and ran screaming: "I did it, guys! I did it! I did good, right!" Laughter cut the air.
Lawrence froze when he felt the water splatter on him and looked up, he didn’t look sad but... seemed to be enraged with Marvin and grabbed them by the arm and threw them down.
Beyond the boy, there is a shadow: a /thing./ The thing's body is like a serpent, a hollow sheath of leaves, or teeth, or both, all dancing together on some invisible wind. It rises in a single, spiraling spine, coiling, rearing, exultant; and in the rustle of its scales, you can see the gleam of gold eyes. Then it falls, breaks, leaves again; and the young man is just a boy again, mouse brown hair and lazy-eyed. ( SMASH OR PASS? )

Nah but for real, it’s much darker than that. I would guess er, watering his plants and being left alone for the most part.

Nah. Whether or not they like the idea of preggo Strade, the fact that you like it so much is charming. Liking things, being active and passionate and funny, wanting to get involved with stuff and going out and getting it - all attractive traits.

really? i thought this would make me lose any sort of fanbase (can i call it a fanbase? do i have fans?) or friends i had.
