just received the new neopies avatar!

there's a lot of factors involved (voting on every category, voting in at least 3 rounds, etc.), but based on the name, the fact that i received it when i opened the page as opposed to after voting, and the first winner being the option i voted for, i'm going to guess that the avatar requirement is having the option you voted for win.

we'll have to see if other people do or don't get the avatar in the upcoming rounds, but i'd like to encourage people to share if they did or didn't get the avatar. my data alone isn't enough to come to a definitive conclusion after all!
