What is your take on the NancyxNick/NickxGeorge situation?

I’m enjoying it. I think they handled the whole Nancy/Nick moving on thing maturely. It was awkward, which is how life goes, but Nick was OK with them moving on and they’ve managed to stay friends. They weren’t together for that long and they obviously aren’t in a place where they can be together right now.

Nick and George have developed a strong friendship and are taking things slow and I think it’s developed organically. I’m hoping even if Nancy finds it uncomfortable, she understands that she did move on first and there’s nothing wrong with George and Nick exploring something.

I really love Nancy and Nick, but i’m okay with both of them exploring other things right now. Nick and George are adorable. I absolutely HATE OWEN, but I’m hoping Nancy might find her way to Ace at some point, and maybe we’ll get a Nick/Nancy/Ace dynamic at one point. I’m fairly sure Nick/Nancy will come back around at some point.

The only weird narrative point was the tension between Nick and George in the last episode being emphasized by other characters as meaning they need to “not get together” because it was obviously just sexual and romantic tension, and them not knowing how to handle it, so I’m not sure why they would make the onlooking characters so dense as to not see that. But it worked out alright, so I give it a pass.
