Flavours of Nepal... #nepalfood #nepalese in their regular course prefer to have this awesome platter...and whenever you visit Nepal, you must try the flavour of Nepal. Here in my plate is Newari platter: chiura( flattened rice) topped by fried soyabean and ginger , baked beans, fried egg As a garnish surrounded with chuira, or fried aalu for veggie optional, I don’t remember even black beans I guess. Pickle of garlic and carrot. Well I can say tour to trekking delight of Nepal must begin with authentic delicacy of Nepal. Still Annapurna trek and Everest is pending. Since I wished To climb Everest but recently I see it is exploited like hell due to commercial market. Touring Everest has become like fish market...and have spoils the delight of Everest with huge traffic. Imagine traffic Jam at Everest and people are fighting for their life rather than enjoying to reach they are worried how they will climb down. Is it a joke???? Well my emotions for mountain gets sensitive. So that’s the reason now I have doubt whether I should be doing it or not?
