I just read a new survey of local people's opinions on the #DisasterRelief effort in the most affected districts. Enlightening and distressing. Every response overwhelmingly negative. One of the questions was "Do you feel you've been heard?" 75% responded no. This is the linchpin, and we can do better. I think they'd get a different answer had they surveyed #Karmidanda!
