NOW ENTERING PUBLIC DOMAIN is a show about a cartoon character being possessed by the viewing audience, animated in a 1st person perspective, and blurs the relationship between the consumer and the media they consume.

But more importantly, it's a show where uncopyrighted characters all live in a big city together! Weeeeeee!
