Can we just talk about this for a moment and how Richie didn't let Syd downplay her role at "The Bear". She is a master in her own right and I love that it was Richie to point this out considering how these two started out.
I honestly believe that Richie had a lot to do with Syd's decision to stay. He believes in her (and expresses it as well) and I think that means a great deal to her which we basically see in the finale when she asks for Richie to be added as her partner.
