Here's another drawing of the last of the three Outer Gods I drew, Nyarlathotep.

Personally, of all the Outer Gods, he's my favorite by far. He has the most interesting backstory and personality. Plus, there's a lot of creative freedom; he's literally a being of infinite forms and avatars. This would be my personal interpretation of Nephren-Ka.
