hi there! i’m looking for a fic that i read a long time ago.

it’s on ao3, long-ish and chaptered i think. harry and draco are secretly married, post-war. i’m pretty sure draco is a model of some sort, and harry is studying muggle medicine. hermione and ron are trying to set harry up with women, not knowing he’s with draco. one day draco gets hurt while harry’s out to lunch with hermione, and harry rushes to his aid which reveals their relationship to her.

forgive me if the fic is not obscure, i just can’t find it in my history and i’ve been scrolling for days. thank you!

Then: "Er, maybe you shouldn't eat those, they might be laced with Amortentia." Malfoy choked and sputtered. "You're joking!" "Nope." Harry picked up the card that came with the fudge. There was a photo of a person on it, presumably Maude. He held it up to Draco. "What are your feelings towards this person?" "What?"

Title: Little Deaths and How to Avoid Them (or Draco Malfoy's Guide to Stop Dying and Start Living Instead) Author: @greaseonmymouth Artist:dustmouth Rating: T Word Count: 96144 Author’s Summary: Malfoy is way too interested in coroner reports for somebody who's definitely not looking for ways to die, Harry wants to be friends with him, and Ginny wants to break up with Harry.

Features: Little League Quidditch, an abundance of bath bombs, happy endings, and gay robots in space.

Thoughts: I’ve been lingering over this fic for months. It’s unlike any other Drarry fic I can remember reading. Harry is asexual! And an Archivist! And went to prison for crimes committed during the war! (The last point is minor, but I liked that Harry was held accountable for his actions, that being on the winning side wasn’t a substitute for justice.) Draco is a carpenter! And an excellent cook!

Harry spends much of the fic in a Not Good Place as he grapples with revelations about himself and whom he wants to be. His struggles are heartbreaking and feel painfully real.  Draco and Harry’s relationship is hard earned and all the more satisfying as it evolves. There’s a lot to like here.  

I’m not doing this fic justice. There’s just SO MUCH to going on. (Check out that word count.) It was written for the Harry /Draco Big Bang, and marvelous illustrations by Dustmouth complement the story’s action.

I’ll leave you with a pithy bit of Draco Wisdom: “Nobody ever died of blue balls.”

Comments: A wonderful text message fic where Remus goes back to his parents’ farm and Sirius pines dramatically. I loved the interactions with James, Lily, and Regulus, all the emoji usage, and the different names they used for each other in their phones. Funny, adorable, highly enjoyable read!

hello!! I'm looking for this fic on Ao3. Both draco and harry graduated from Hogwarts and are living together and in a secret relationship until one of them got sick (i forgot draco or harry but i think most likely harry but cant be sure). Draco was part time modelling for college bc his parents no longer support him i think, oh at one time i think one of them text the other to buy lube bc they ran out of it. It was pretty short.
