So I honest don't know how many people even read my comments, or follow my posts. But I just use them as a way to do status checks on myself. I had planned to cut from March through May so I could have my #beachbody ready for June and July. But around April, I stopped because I was getting really upset with my results. I wasn't seeing any time being added, the scale wasn't saying I was losing any fat, but I was losing weight. And worse, my knees were starting to give out from all my cardio. So I kinda backed off at the gym, and have been pretty depressed about my progress. For a month, I was taking it easy, trying to clear my head, deal with personal shit, and just center myself. Well, this is what I see in the mirror, I feel fat, don't think I've made much progress, and am definitely not where I wanna be. But you know what? I can change things, and I probably an further along than I can see. Especially since I've only been lifting for 13 months.

nah, his name's ryan. he knows a lot of people from swa though. i thought he was gonna go to snowbrawl, but he has a show of his own that day. he's an announcer for them and he has a show in jersey the same night as snowbrawl.
