These spooky yet delicious cupcakes are inspired by the Flying Spaghetti Monster and are perfect for a nerdy-themed party. They are not only gluten-free but also vegan, making them suitable for various dietary preferences.
Ingredients: 1 box gluten-free chocolate cake mix. 1 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1/3 cup vegetable oil. 3/4 cup water. 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 1 cup gluten-free pretzel sticks. 1 can dairy-free whipped cream. 24 candy eyes. 1/4 cup gluten-free strawberry jam.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Mix the cake mix, applesauce, oil, and water together in a large bowl until everything is well mixed. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. Put cupcake liners in a muffin tin and fill each liner two thirds of the way to the top with batter. Put it in the oven and bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let cupcakes cool all the way down. Cut up pretzel sticks into little spaghetti-like shapes. Add a little whipped cream to the top of each cupcake. Put pretzel sticks on top of the whipped cream to make it look like spaghetti. Put a little strawberry jam on one side of each candy eye and then put them on the cupcakes. Serve and have fun!
