The afternoon passed with a lot of friends and acquaintances (and some woohoo!).

How this morning goes at the Pearson household. New are the gardening plots! Both Jane and Nerissa wanted to start their own garden. It fits right in with the old farmhouse they're living in.

Nerissa Pearson moved into her new house she managed to buy with a loan. Her wife, Jane (Stacks), will move in after she also graduates from college. They adopted Hailey and Tristan who are Carla Cameron’s twins. Carla was in the middle of her freshman year when a one-night-stand with Jonah Powers got her pregnant. Since Nerissa is a good friend of hers, she offered to adopt the children. Nerissa and Jane wanted to start a family immediately out of college and it all turned out really well. 

In her first year in the new house, Nerissa befriended a stray dog named Tucker. She’d love to adopt him, but money is tight and she has to find a job before she can even think about taking in a pet. She also met Dustin Broke who was strangely attached to the twins. He doesn’t have any connection to them and he has two children of his own who he doesn’t have any contact with. Maybe start visiting your own children, Dustin? Even though I don’t think Lucy would appreciate it much.
