I’ve two things I want to talk abt: Nero and Julius
So the name “Nero” refers to the historical figure Nero Julius Caesar, the Roman emperor who persecuted Christians in its early days.
The emperor’s name translated from Greek to Hebrew and written in Hebrew is “נרון קסר.” Applying gematria(the process of applying numerical values to the Jewish Alphabet aka the Hebrew Numeric Scale) will give numbers that add up to 666 which is why it’s considered a Devil’s number because well, the Christians didn’t think too well of the dictator.
נ-ר-ו-ן ק-ס-ר
Resh-Samekh-Qoph Nun-Vav-Resh-Nun
200+60+100+50+6+200+50= 666
So one more point to Tabata for another big brain reference because Nero from BC is of course connected to the devils and the underworld.
Julius is most definitely a reference to Gaius Julius Caesar, the Roman General and statesman, who according to Wikipedia, lead to the fall of the Roman Republic and the rise of the Roman Empire. Which sounds kind of like Julius N’s position right now because as a Wizard king, he is technically the general and has a statesman-like role and is about to be caught in between what is possibly the fall and rise of Clover Kingdom.
Also the parallel’s between William betraying Julius Novachrono and Brutus betraying Gaius Julius Caesar. Both William and Brutus were like sons to both Juliuses(juliui?) and they both betrayed their father figures, stabbing them.
Roman princes - Nero Julius Caesar (6-31 CE)
A detail of “Great cameo of France”. Nero is saluting emperor Tiberius who is sitting on a throne. Nero was expected to be Tiberius’ successor but we all know what happened to him :( .

Nero Julius Caesar (6-31 CE)
Eldest Son of Germanicus and - after the death of Castor - a heir apparent to Tiberius. Due to machinations of Sejanus he was accused of treason though and expelled to island of Ponza in 29 CE. Nero died there two years later
