kinda terrible that, because 1 of our kintypes is aquatic and lived in freezing temperatures, the only times we get the urge to swim is usually in freezing cold fckng temperatures orz like! i do not like getting in cold water Yet When The Chills Come In- kinbrain goes “OUUH,swimys!!!now :3” You Will Get Hypothermia, Stop It

Not to be confused with: Aquarian, Aquarigender, Aquariangender and Aquariumgender

Nerorian is the sea conterpart of therian. This term is exclusively for people who kin underwater animals, such as Fishkin. The term is also an umbrella term for every marine animals kin.

Most of the time Therian is associated with earthly animals such as: wolves, bears, dogs, ect…; this term was bring for all water animals kins who don’t identify with this part of the therian term.

Flag:

Light blue: lakes, and any sweet water animals

Dark blue: ocean/sea, and any salt water animals

Symbol: a Fish symbol who represent water.

Nerohearted

For when one is otherhearted in a nerorian manner; that is to say, when one feels a personal connection to specifically aquatic animals in which one identifies with them, but not as them.

@queerness-lover coined the term "nerorian" and made the original flag design, and @aestherians made the otherhearted symbol.

(I've never done a coining of any kind before, so please do tell me if I've fudged something up. Also, if anybody knows of existing flags for specifically shell-less molluscs and for bony fish, send those my way if you wouldn't mind-- preferably as a link in the comments.)

idk if its because Im shrimpkin but the "Im not a fish" hiccup thing doesnt work on me. what does work is drinking a huge amount of water in a really short period of time. you want water? fine. have ur water. aquatic bitch.
