Sometimes I bob my head to non-existent music when I experience mild social discomfort. Usually there isn't even music in my head. I'm just... pretending there is???

Does anyone else spazz our physically when entering a bathroom? Like specifically when I’m somewhere with people I feel like my body lets every weird movement out once I close the bathroom door.

The only thing I can think of that it reminds me of is in a rom com when the guy asks the girl out and she says yes but when she turns around he starts to dance like crazy.

I also do it when I’m cold and I go inside or get in the car. It’s super involuntary and I have no idea why I do it.
