About the photo thing, one of ur eyes is closed bc the camera takes the photo in vertical panels, so u just happen to blink in one and not in other.

I wasn't 100% positive until Kirstie's boyfriend commented under a picture of them at the Lincoln Memorial saying something like "your children will be beautiful" (or something along those lines). That's not something a personal friend would joke about unless it was legit :P And then Scott saying in the one interview that he's seeing someone (and Alex being on tour with them a lot of the time)(and all of the pictures of the two of them where they're verrrry close together, like more often than with anyone else)(and the footage of them snow tubing together he he) just totally confirms it for me.
