How’s your week been? Did anything interesting happen?
If nothing interesting happened, you can use this to talk about something random
I just got back home from my grandma's. Anyway, nothing else happened soo..
Here's a slushy I had a month ago . Freezed my brain
What are Laya’s powers since you’ve been redesigning them
Umbrakinesis/Shadow Manipulation
Malaya has the ability to manipulate and control shadows and (when reached full potential) can:
remove any light sources from her surroundings and use that to her advantage.
cause unannounced eclipses , which can be seen as a major threat to those powered by the moonlight or the moon residents. cutting off their powers completely. (again, only when reached full potential/power)
create shadow clones and summon her dragon form (which i have yet to make a solid design for ITS SICKENING-)
most of what she does is reliable on the lantern only. without it, Laya can:
create shadow portals.
enter her shadow/spiritual space (though not for very long)
just move shadows around. this makes her rely more on strategic combat and sets her back a bit.
WITH the Lantern however, she can:
create her shadow clones.
trap people within the lantern and use their forms like her shadow puppets.
create various weapons without breaking a sweat.
she can't really fix it when it breaks. so she needs to be more careful with it.
i like to think that Macaque draws his powers from the wind, which is why his abilities and monster form are always smoke-like (kinda like Typhokinesis).
while Malaya's powers are water based as she draws her power from the darkest parts of both the moon (new moon and crescent cycles) and the depths of the sea (where Luyong is sleeping-). And like Macaque, Laya can turn the shadows into solids objects or liquid like, almost like she's fighting with Hydrokinesis though not really.
loyal anon has arrived 😝
why hello there, Loyal Anonymous! 🦉
I want to spread peanut butter on coco and eat it as a sandwich, she's so cute 😭💕RAAAH

Can you explain your AU in general terms, what kind of story is going on?
escaping control and carving your own path. Tell destiny to f off if you will.
As much as I would love to keep a consistent narrative. My pea brain can only like one thing at a time before moving to the next lore element.
The story is about kids with roles entrusted upon them since birth, (Kai, Laya, Jade) all kids born for a specific purpose, yet when there's an opportunity for a different path. Each will react differently. One will remain in their position and try to follow it as long as they are alive. One will come to a compromise to hide that second path from their guardians, and one will fight tooth and nail to get out of their current situation.
I want to add Bai Her (or in my version, Bai Duyen) for the carving your own path, part and have her and Kai share that purpose after they lost everything they believed for and became abandoned or hated for things they couldn't control. (RED AND BLUE DUO WHEN)
meanwhile, Jade and Laya staying to fight for their own freedom on their own homes. Escaping the generational trauma for stepping out of line and fighting for what they believe is right.
Oc question
How fluffy can coco get?
It's safe to say, Coco's fur works more like clouds. It is both hard yet somehow also easy to manage at some degrees.
When the climate is hot, Coco's fur seemingly evaporates almost immediately. But when it's extremely cold , their fur increases to a point it's hard to separate them from an actual cloud. This also affects their whole body and makes it hard for them to stay in a stable shape.
Thankfully, their parents managed to put a seal on Coco's powers. Helping them keep their physical body while growing.
I didn't really want them to look too different than their regular form. But I can assure that they do get more fluffier than the third version.
