Hiding From My Bestie When She’s On A Date While I’m Competing Against My Boyfriend To Score More Points On A Game We Made Up
Gwyn and Azriel are going on their second date, however Nesta and Cassian happen to be spying on the new couple as they compete against each other in Gwynriel-Ball.
The rules are simple: If Azriel does something that Cassian predicated, he gets a point. If Gwyn does something that Nests guessed, she gets a point. The one with the most points, wins the game.
So who knows their best friend more?

AN: HI EVERYONE AND HAPPY NESSIAN WEEK! It's day one of an exiciting week ahead of us! I've been blown away by the love that Hiding Behind A Loveseat Cause I'm Supporting My Bestie But Damn received! I've wanted to make a Nessian sequel for a while, and I thought that Nessian week was the perfect time to publish it! This was inspired by Swiftball/Mastermind during the Eras tour! I miss those nights T^T

WIP Wednesday
This one is for Nessian week: Missing Moments
Summery: Instead of being trapped in Velaris for the last 50 years Cassian was in the human lands when Amarantha struck. Leaving him stranded below the wall. To survive he takes up work as a mercenary and meets an angry/interesting human woman.
If it was up to Cassian they would have waited a few more weeks until Nesta was fully healed to make the trek into to the wall. But she had been adamant. Had threatened to go by herself if he refused to take her. The Cauldron would boil him alive before he risked her making it into Pyrthian alone. As it was he was only able to hold her off for a day.
Winter was coming to an end but there was still the left-over slush and snow clinging to the shadowed parts of the forest floor when they set out at dawn. Cassain had stuffed everything they would need for the hike in his rucksack refusing to let Nesta carry it.
“You are paying me sweetheart. My reputation would never recover if word got out I made my beautiful employer carry her own gear.”
It was the first time since she had come banging on his door that he had gotten that annoyed expression he loved so much.
It was three days before the got to the Wall.
Cassian forced breaks every few hours. Kept her in front of him so he could watch her footing, so Nesta could set their pace. Meals were cooked over a small fire, Nesta insisting she cook the small game he managed to catch. The crinkle of her nose when he gutted the animal was an expression he would burn into his memory- “I think I’m going to be sick”. The new expression's label came quickly to him. Apparently cooking the meat was very different then the bloody act of cleaning it.
“Keep reaching out your hand.”

Idk if this really fits with today theme but I had this idea in my head and didn’t know it was Nessian week til yesterday so heres a whole days worth of drawing cause I was inspired.
Added a few facial scars to Cassian even tho he doesn’t have them there just cause i feel like a “rough hewn” warrior looked better with a few and was i right?? I think so Lol
I just love their relationship so much.
I was on a bit of a time crunch so I had to do a more simplified rendering style for this piece for #nessianweek but I still like how it turned out! @nessianweek
It was fun to play around with the anatomy and the colour scheme (tried to do a more orange one this time)!
