okay so the netflix documentary didn't do justice to anyone neither meredith nor amanda (for that matter). i need to take help from reddit and youtube to understand the evidence. hmmmmm. still suspicious about everything though.

time and place
I've been watching the world war II frontlines documentary series on Netflix - the one that uses 90% real footage that's been colorized and remastered.
Although it's very high level overview of the war, and there's already so much discourse around world war II I think it's very important that we keep reminding ourselves of history and how not to fall for the same nationalist narratives.
It also made me think - gosh, if I was in Germany at that time, with my blue eyes and everything, and I didn't have many close friends outside of my circle, couldn't travel, and couldn't get access to other points of view because of outside news getting banned... what would my perspective be? It's kind of scary to think about -- how easily decent people are drip fed propaganda over the years to end up believing something so horrible about their fellow humans.
And yet, the people at that time didn't have internet. Now, I just feel like... there's no excuse. Do the research. Find other points of view. Broaden your circle and your mind. Sift through the propaganda. Don't fall for it. And yet, people still do...
A Trip to Infinity - a recent Netflix documentary that I came across, one of the better cerebral videos that I’ve watched on this platform. They mention the end of the universe in both infinite and finite aspects; the slow heat death. I am hopeful that our intelligence may continue in another form, that everything humanity has done has not been in vain. As they mention in the video, our personal existence in this universe is very short, it may be best to enjoy our moment on earth and not worry too much about the future.
The staircase is a wild story bc that man killed 2 women and ppl are still like eh maybe not ? Nah homeboy killed sis! And one of those girls is his biological daughters look at her!
