UNSCRIPTED TRAVEL SERIES TWOGETHER, STARRING LEE SEUNG-GI AND JASPER LIU, PREMIERES ON JUNE 26
KUALA LUMPUR June 8, 2020 - Netflix, the world’s leading streaming entertainment service, has released the main poster for an upcoming travel variety show Twogether, confirming its worldwide premiere on June 26.
Twogether follows two handsome Asian stars, Lee Seung-gi and Jasper Liu, as they set off in search of their fans in various countries in the region, and become friends in the process despite their language differences. The main poster for Twogether shows Lee and Liu side by side taking a selfie before they embark on the trip.
Lee and Liu have adventures in six different Asian cities during the course of their travels on Twogether. They begin by visiting Yogyakarta and Bali in Indonesia, then Bangkok and Chiang Mai in Thailand, and finally Pokhara and Kathmandu in Nepal. These are all locations that were recommended by their fans. If they successfully complete missions given in each city, they will be allowed to head to a special place to meet their waiting fans. Lee, a variety show veteran, and Liu, a variety show beginner, will try to complete the hilarious yet ingenious missions cooked up by the show’s creators. The chemistry grows between the two as they do their best to gather clues.
Twogether is produced by Company SangSang, the company responsible for many popular shows, including Family Outing and Running Man, as well as Netflix original series Busted! and Park Na-rae: Glamour Warning.

It's Okay to Not Be Okay has both leads experience new beginnings after meeting each other and learning from one another. Mun-yeong (Seo Yea-ji) learns how to keep better control of her anger through Gang-tae (Kim Soo-hyun) who in turn learns how to let go and embrace emotions. They both make changes that put themselves outside of their comfort zones. Bold choices result in big results with the pair confronting childhood trauma and finding love.
Guardian: The Great and Lonely God (Also well-known as Goblin)
Kim Shin (Gong Yoo) is a 939-year-old goblin cursed with immortality in Guardian: The Lonely and Great God. He waits over 900 years to meet his bride who will remove the sword piercing his chest and free him of his immortality. Kim Shin was in for a huge transition since he was on his own for over 900 years. Ji Eun-tak (Kim Go-eun) appears as his bride and their lives are changed forever. Despite his age, Kim Shin has much to learn from her. The result is a beautiful
story as the couple figures out life, death, and love.
You’re All Surrounded
Four rookie detectives, Eun Dae-gu (Lee Seung-gi), Eo Soo-seon (Go A-ra), Park Tae-il (Ahn Jae-hyeon) and Ji Gook (Park Jeong-min), begin their careers in You’re All Surrounded. While they’re not passionate initially, the young squad grows into their new careers. Dae-gu blames Chief Seo Pan-seok (Cha Seung-won) for his mother’s death and specifically works with him in order to get revenge. As they uncover the murder mystery, Dae-gu is able to resolve his grudge from childhood.
Second 20s
Like the title suggests, Second 20s, centers around Ha No-ra (Choi Ji-woo) getting a second chance at living her 20s again. Ha No-ra got pregnant at a young age and devoted her life to being a wife and a mother. When her husband demands a divorce, No-ra decides to enroll in college alongside her son and live for herself. In college, she finds her new dream and a new love interest in her old high school classmate Cha Hyeon-seok (Lee Sang-yoon) who is a professor at her college. No-ra’s journey of discovery is uplifting and inspiring.
Cunning Single Lady
Cunning Single Lady is a classic drama that tells the tale of Na Ae-ra (Lee Min-jung) and Cha Jung-woo (Joo Sang-wook). They were married but ended up divorced when Jung-woo’s business left them poor. Three years later, Jung-woo is very successful and the once married couple cross paths again. There’s a lot of bickering following their reunion, but romance ensues as they examine their feelings.
One More Happy Ending
One More Happy Ending follows four former girl group members who are trying to figure out their lives and romantic relationships. Han Mi-mo (Jang Na-ra) is a divorcee running a matchmaking agency for divorcees. After getting betrayed by her boyfriend, she has new potential suitors in Song Su-hyeok (Jung Kyung-ho) and Gu Hae-jun (Kwon Yul). Full of hilarious encounters, Mi-mo and her friends support one another as they each tackle their concerns. This show proves there’s always time for one more happy ending!
Hi Bye! Mama
Hi Bye, Mama! demonstrates that new beginnings can also occur after death. Cha Yu-ri (Kim Tae-hee) dies after a car accident, and watches over her family as a ghost for five years. She miraculously comes back to life and has 49 days to take back her place in order to continue living. Just as Yu-ri struggled to move on, her family and friends also grappled with her absence. Her wondrous return gives her a second chance at life while offering her loved ones a second chance with her.

NETFLIX CONFIRMS CASTING OF YOO AH-IN AND PARK JEONG-MIN FOR KOREAN ORIGINAL SERIES HELLBOUND
KUALA LUMPUR, July 29, 2020 - Netflix, the world’s leading streaming entertainment service, has confirmed Yoo Ah-in, Park Jeong-min, Kim Hyun-joo, Won Jin-ah and Yang Ik-june as the leading cast for Hellbound, a new original series about supernatural angels appearing out of nowhere to condemn people to hell.
Yoo Ah-in, who created powerful characters through his roles in Burning, The Throne, and Veteran, portrays Jeong Jin-su, the charismatic and mysterious head of the New Truth Church. As the angels of death arrive, the New Truth Church leads a religious crusade proclaiming that these visits are the will of the divine.
Park Jeong-min will play Bae Yeong-jae, a producer at a broadcasting company that investigates the New Truth Church. Park has established himself as an actor with a wide range through his performances in Time to Hunt, Start-Up, and Svaha: The Sixth Finger.
Kim Hyun-joo (Watcher, I Have a Lover) will depict Min Hye-jin, a smart, self-assured lawyer who goes up against the New Truth Church and its extremist Arrowhead devotees.
Won Jin-ah (The Age of Shadows, Steel Rain) will play Hong Ji-yeong who is the wife of Bae Yeong-jae, and a member of the New Truth Church who succumbs to unbearable pressure.
Yang Ik-june (Breathless, Bad Guys: Vile City, It's Okay, That's Love) will perform as Jin Gyeong-hun, a police detective who investigates the unsettling appearance of the death angels.
Hellbound will be directed by Yeon Sang-ho (Train to Busan, Peninsula) and written collaboratively by Yeon and Choi Gyu-seok, author of the popular webtoon Songgot.
Hellbound, to be produced by Lezhin Studio, will be available exclusively on Netflix.

Prison Playbook
You might not expect a prison drama to be funny, but Prison Playbook is full of amusing jokes. The drama follows the lives of convicts and officers at correctional facilities. At the center is famous baseball star Kim Je-hyeok who gets convicted for assault after saving his sister from a sexual attack. There definitely are some more serious moments, but the dry humor will definitely have you chuckling.
She Was Pretty
Maybe romance is more your speed? Then you can get lots of romance and comedy from She Was Pretty! Childhood sweethearts portrayed by Hwang Jung-eum and Park Seo-jun reunite after a complete reversal of fortune and looks. Comical situations ensue as Hwang Jung-eum tries to hide her identity due to embarrassment. Choi Si-won’s character provides a lot of laughs as well. Overall, the drama manages to charm and provide entertainment while also delivering a wholesome message.
