Introducing Noodle Scythe and Nethammer, two silly pool-themed Phighting skin concepts me n' my brother thought up of.

All I can imagine is an ""AU"" (i used this term loosely) where everything is the same except pool setting. Noodle Scythe's most notorious crime? Running on the deck.
