1.) his hair in ghost form is so FUCKING hard to draw

hot take: in my opinion, betrayus being a part of the past friend group along with stratos, sunny n zac, spheria, sir c, etc.---and i mean Genuinely being friends with them back then---is much more narratively compelling than bets just being a loner nobody liked

#it makes the fact that his name is Literally “betray us” much more narratively impactful bc then his betrayal would be much more Personal #bc not only did he betray the planet he lived on and everyone on it #(which is more detached and impersonal and therefore much easier to compartmentalize away)#but he betrayed his closest friends and family---the ppl who had trusted him the most---in the worst way imaginable #anyways this is my convoluted way of saying that i can't stop thinking abt that scene in the adventure begins pt 2 #where betrayus tells pacster that pacster reminded him of sunny n zac and that he knew them ‘‘very well’’#and it’s like......was he lying???#i mean i think that’s the conclusion we’re supposed to come to #that he was lying abt it just to be a dick and fuck with pac #but we Did find out in the adventure begins pt 1 that sunny n zac knew and were friends with stratos #so. it wouldn’t be Too Much of a stretch for them to have known betrayus as well #betrayus spheros #pmatga #pacman and the ghostly adventures #nether.txt

y’know i personally think betrayus and stratos are fraternal twins, but even if they aren’t, i like to think that they still share the same birthday regardless

like betrayus was born on stratos’ second or third birthday and they’re both So Fucking Mad abt that

y'know it’s so weird thinking abt how betrayus was probably like...in his mid to late twenties when he died---like i doubt he was any older than like 30-32---meanwhile present day betrayus feels like he’s like......45+ at the youngest.
