I heard you wanted asks so can you maybe tell me a random Netherbound fact or two? Or maybe something about Isaac's house?

Isaac’s house has fruit trees growing in it. They just kind of... sprout out of the floor, and the trunks seem to be at least partially metal. There are pears, and cherries, and for some reason the trees always seem to be ready for harvest. The pits/seeds of fruit harvested from the Sanctuary taste slightly metallic.
