Our first installment of #XVSECONDSOFFAME features @ArmondRashad co-founder of #Networkingout and #RunThisTown. The Networkingout Foundation strives to defeat obesity and promote healthier lifestyles in America. Run This Town is Networkingout's community fitness event for professionals and aspiring professionals of all fitness levels. The organization has grown exponentially in a very short time and there are now chapters in Detroit, Ann Arbor, Chicago, and Kalamzoo.
