The Angel sings to the Angels, on the second last day of neuBabel, 17.09.2016.
Before NeuBabel: A Wing is being Created ...

NEUBABEL: The Building Starts ...
Today is the day when in tender festive silence NEUBABEL starts to build itself, on many levels, with high waters, low grounds and middle fields and all. This is a city with many, countless, a whole swarm of builders, architects, users, changers.
Clowns and Critiques too.
And an Angel of Many -- and many an angel -- watching over the whole show.
Join us and know that it is the GREAT BABEL, that might goddess, who is doing the building by using all your senses, hands, limbs, brains and appetites in HER service.
So there is discipline to it.
Build together, but never ever destroy or disturb the building (both activity and object) of your neighbour, unless they gave their consent to it. Building together is like love making, and as we all know there is no love making without a deep mutual understanding.
NEUBABEL #02p01
So the time bomb is ticking for NEUBABEL, it has been ticking since the beginning.
A wise but stern soul, or tribe, has installed a bomb right above the city. It is so high up that you can only see its vague grey shadow high up in the sky like a moon on a clear day.
A sinister reminder that this is a city that has taken a vow. If it shall ever become a menace to its environment and devour too many resources the bomb will come down and transform it to dust. In a quick and painless explosion all the neurosystems in town will have forgotten, to be forgotten, before they can even perceive what is happening.
What a graceful rule, the rule of the benevolent bomb.
