Neumav: A gender or quality that is both neutral and maverine. It is not automatically a neutral maveriquinity and can instead include a number of maverinities. This identity may also be combined with transness to create transneumav.

It's a combination of existing qualities, so I won't consider this a coining post. I just wanted to make a neumav flag since I couldn't find one anywhere. - 💙💚
