controversial opinion maybe is that mike & dustin is the best dustin dynamic. logical vs emotional!!! dustin being quietly awed abt mike saying fuck you to the only one best friend logic and Actually the whole party is Mike’s best friend including dustin (& that dustin isn’t the “least favourite”) and mike backing that up by nearly dying for dustin’s teeth > the snarky outsmarting/outsassing thing that the scoops troop had going on.
mmmmmm good point. I'm a big fan of the dustin/lucas dynamic too. they care about each other, despite their bickering. it's especially evident in s1 and s2, but it still crops up in s3 :’)
the cliff scene was pretty crazy, though. like, mike, your life is not worth dustin's teeth!! I know you care about him, but you really should not have done that!!
~send me your controversial/hot takes because i'm bored~
I wouldn’t usually post a picture of a lacewing, but it was a slow bug day and this is probably one of the clearer shots I’ve ever gotten of one of these tiny guys. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chrysopidae Teh Power Lines, 26 July 2017
