3. A turn on. Hmm.. Wit. Intelligence. A self assuredness. A man who knows what he wants and how he’s going to get it.  

4. A turn off.It sounds awful, maybe this is why I am and always have been single, but my biggest turn off is simply lack of intelligence.  Someone who has no ambition and isn’t doing anything about that. Or is someone who’s unkind to those less fortunate. Or who wears shoes in the house. 

14. Something I like about my body.I do like the color of my hair. It’s this odd blend of brown and red and gold, and lately grey if I’m being perfectly honest. 

19. My favorite book.AH! The impossible question lol. I don’t know that I could ever have an ultimate favorite... I love Jane Eyre, the Harry Potter series, and The Art of Racing In The Rain.

Hasn’t happened to me so far but sometimes I don’t get e-mail notifications for new followers at all.

Well if you get several in a short time, you get 1 email that says “you have 3 new followers” and then shows all 3, rather than one for each person, but yes I have gotten single followers and not gotten an email for them. I started regularly checking my followers for porn blogs, so I do see them. But I’d rather not get an email than get one every 10 minutes telling me the same thing. Ugh.

A/N: I don’t know if the swallow is something of JRD (probably), something from canon, or something I just had on my mind, but I’m going with it. 

Her fingers brushed the tiny swallow that was surrounded by a jagged, circular scar.  He gently lifted her hands away, fisting them into the ratty motel blanket. 

“Why...why the swallow?” Her voice was too loud.  Too loud for the shitty motel they were ensconced in so he could pretend he wasn’t some fucking knob with no where to take a bird. 

He could ignore her. She didn’t need to know why he’d done the stupidest fucking thing he could have done after getting himself stabbed. By putting the fucking bird in the circle, he was admitting the scare meant something. 

It didn’t mean fucking anything. 

He’d been in the wrong place at the wrong time and couldn’t keep his mouth shut. 

Her fingers were creeping up again. The bird in his bed was the most beautiful girl he’d ever seen. She shouldn’t be here. She shouldn’t fucking be here. 

It didn’t mean fucking anything. 

“Nosty.” Too loud again. Too much skin. Too close. His eyes slammed closed. Too fucking close. 

Her fingers were whispering over his face. “Nosty. Look at me.” 

Stroking fingers helped swim out of the silence of his mind. He met her eyes, flicking at the endless blue before noticing the pure white wrist at his head. 

Between two straight lines, sat a tiny, permanent swallow.

Good morning, Sprite? How are you? You're not still sick, right? What did you think of the episode?

I have an abscess in my gum, so I had to go to the dentist yesterday.  The dentist looked and sounded like Gru from Despicable Me, so it was hard not to snicker.  He cut the thing open, so he got his own back.  I’m on penicillin :(

None of this was as painful as Hook’s resurrection for putting some fucking pages in a book to let the ‘heroes’ know that the Olympian Crystal was incredibly powerful and dangerous and able to kill Hades, despite Hades already having told Zelena it was incredibly powerful and dangerous and she could probably take a wild guess at that anyway.  

But sure, let’s make it all about Hook.  That’s the only consistent thing about this shitfest.
