Brandon stands propped up against the front counter in the library - his normal standing position these days. Front leaned forwards, legs way out behind - as perpendicular to the ground as someone can get without levitating. It may not look comfortable - but that's the way he read best.

Brandon almost fell over however when someone put a few books down right in front of him to grab his attention. Once he righted himself he looked up and smiled at the teen across from him from ear to ear,

So as Malak stares at him with shock writing all over his face, there was a instict raising in him... telling him to take revenge and make the boy pay for his lies... Taking a deep breath, closing his eyes to hide his pain, Malak takes a few steps back, refusing to lash out to the one he has come to love...even if everything has been a lie.
