Drilling young bloods on equal weight distribution during #skwaats. Conventional ACL rehab return-to-sport standards call for 85% strength of the uninvolved limb. This is often measured via biodex which is an open-chain, single joint assessment. We like to add in (objective) equal weight distribution during functional movements such as deadlifts and squats.
