Sleepy morning in the New Camp

So one day, about oh, a month back? I decided to finally go discover that Point Pleasant marker on the map that the Overseer had handed all of us. Of course I'd heard and read about what Point Pleasant was like pre-war, but I was very curious what it was like now.
On the way I found all kinds of cool stuff. For one, I stumbled across a fellow Wanderer humming to herself just up the way from Point Pleasant proper. You see, I was searching for a place to check it out by sniper scope - something I do in any new place I go, and I'd just found the perfect rock outcropping when I heard of all things, humming.
At first I wondered if she was up to something, but this Wanderer was so genuinely friendly I took her up on her offer and sent her off to my CAMP. This was before I'd moved it away from the Twin Lakes, though..
After that I found a perfect new CAMP location underneath a power pylon. It had a rock outcropping surrounding half of it, it was on top of a high mountain ledge and it even had a junk pile. Perfect, I thought to myself. I'll definitely be moving here once I discover what's in town.
Well unfortunately, no Mothman in town. But plenty of Cultists, and plenty of eggs to cook up and hopefully get another chance encounter with Mothman himself.
The water source steps away from my intended new CAMP location - and the sneaky way in across or under the bridge - were all just bonuses at that point.
So I fought some Cultists, walked away with some eggs and about a week after, set up CAMP underneath that pylon. I haven't moved since. I probably won't for a long time. It doesn't hurt that it's outside the nuke-able zone, either, or that the only things that attack my place are molerats, hounds and the beeswarm next door. Oh yeah, did I mention there's a beehive right next door? Another unexpected bonus.
Good thing I recently went back to being an omnivore.
I also discovered and scavenged this pair of really nifty pipe organs. One went underground into my private shelter and the second went onto my porch at the edge of my new place. I really enjoy playing it outside as the sun sets, looking at Point Pleasant. I don't think that will ever get old.
Anyway, here are some photos of my new CAMP and my scavenged organs. Oh, I've also changed up my look since I took these photos. The bot at Charleston had a spare hunter's coat and black cowboy hat he gave a fellow Vault dweller, who he gave to me. Very happy with how cool I look now.

New Summer, New Camp
Due to issues at my previous camp I will not be returning. But I am excited that I will be at a new camp this summer as the Special Activities Director
