World concept that isn't really a concept:
I can just kinda do whatever I want, huh? I can write about whatever makes me happy and not worry about whether or not it makes sense.
In the spirit of this, I've decided I'm gonna start writing a world here. If you wanna jump in, you can, but up to you! I'm just going to be throwing things I like at a wall and sticking them all together with blu-tak.
Humanity left earth because there was a nuclear disaster and radiation was too bad
Because of radiation and mutations and whatnot, there are vampires now. And maybe werewolves. And maybe wizards or something too? I haven't decided yet.
Naturally, to protect the remaining shards of humanity, we now have space vampire hunters which kill vampires in new and space-themed ways. Like bullets (sort of a stake to the heart), and lead knives (not exactly silver, but lead stops radiation. You get the concept), and sunlight not filtered through an atmosphere because that kills everyone.
Also, everything is brutalist, because I like brutalism.
Oh and the vampire hunters are currently having a civil war because they can't decide whether or not they should isolate the vampires, or just genocide them.
And, just for fun, all of this still takes place in the solar system. No FTL here.
And that's it! I'll try to flesh this concept out when I have more ideas. Space brutalist vampire hunters.
