This modern "masterpiece" was built in 2025 in Camas, WA. I don't think anyone's lived in it yet, and it's a fine example of "money doesn't buy taste." (Was it really necessary to put the gold cars in front?) 5bds, 7ba, 4,722sqft, $2.3m.

Entrance hall. Not impressed w/the stairs. Don't like the floor color.

Massive fireplace wall.

It's open concept.

Minimalist kitchen. Look at the round wall w/the light on top.

Huge island. That's all Travertine, according to the listing. Note the wine wall. Odd cabinet doors.

This is a prep kitchen, and there's no cook top out front. Has a giant fridge and toe kick lighting. The cabinetry looks like laminate.

Then, this is the dining area with access to a patio.

The main floor primary bedroom. This open wall seems to be popular in contemporary design.

Sliders to a terrace.

Behind the bed they put a boutique dressing area.

You have to walk thru here to the ensuite.

The sinks look like barrels coming thru the counter.

The tub is in an alcove next to a toilet nook.

And, this is a massive round shower with a ring of light.

The designated home office has a separate entrance.

The guest powder room. I'm guessing that this is all Travertine.

I don't like the chandelier. Stairs are Travertine.

Sitting area at the top of the stairs.

The bedrooms are just bland boxes.

Standard 3pc. bath with a carved stone sink.

This looks like it's meant to be a laundry room.

Large covered deck continues down the side of the house and there are stairs down to the yard.

Sauna on the deck.

It's built on a hill, the yard is basically a small cliff. 0.26 acre lot.
