There are chances she could. If you think about all the arcs up to his 14th birthday as one “super arc” with Mother3 as a framework, then – depending on the outcome of that – she could continue with a whole new “super arc” with a new framework. That new framework could be absolutely anything.

The new focus could be the adventures of Sebastian and a demon earl (hehe), Sebastian making a contract with a new summoner (after he eats that big meal he’s been preparing… and then maybe takes a nap), or even some spin-off about reapers. Who knows?

I hate to say it, though, but after 11 or 12 years (by the time this two week timeline ends) of writing Black Butler, she might be ready to move on to a new project.
