This is for a friend of mine on instagram who has been championing Yoru in purple really since we met😂🙏and while her shinigami form has incorporated the color for a while now, I thought it was time to revamp Yoru’s final look.
At the end of her story, Yoru’s spirit is freed and reunites with Meroko, who becomes an angel for her selfless deeds. Through angel magic, Meroko grants the tattered Yoru a new dress and revitalizes her energy. This new outfit, a soft lavender with bolder accents, symbolizes Yoru’s freedom from her darkness and melancholy. At long last, she can be with Meroko for eternity in the afterlife 💜🩷

practice has been keeping him busier than usual, what with the word of debut around the corner. with everything that’s happened, hongjoong knows that he has to work twice as hard to prove his worth and to prove the spot that he’s earned wasn’t given to him when he didn’t deserve it. especially since he’s been given such a crucial role - not everyone has the ability to be a triple threat in their group. and though it’s something that has him thrilled, hongjoong still wonders and thinks if he’s worked hard enough to deserve something like this.
his thoughts are interrupted when he sees a familiar face - one that he hasn’t seen in quite awhile. given nayoung’s schedules with luxe and his own newfound busy schedule, it’s even harder to reach each other nowadays. but now that he sees her, the questions that have been nagging at him - and the things that he’s been needing to talk to her about - bubble to the surface and hongjoong finds himself jogging after her in order to catch up.
“ hey, nayoung -” he calls out with a grin and a little wave. “ nice hair. don’t think i’ve seen you with that colour before.” hongjoong pauses for a moment before continuing, “ do you have a second? can we talk?”
