Back from the gym after completing
1x5 95kg Deadlift,
3x5 25kg over head press
1x3 85kg squat, 1x5 82.5kg squat and 1x5 80kg squat (not ‘cause I’m doing a cool program or anything - just ‘cause I was too exhausted and so had to keep dropping it down! haha)
At least I did 3 sets of squats - I wanted to quit after 2!
The calluses on my hands are now sore and the top my back hurts and I’m not sure if it’s the ache of new muscles or the ache of the bar rubbing on them haha
But I am now 5kgs away from my original deadlift goal! :D
