I got a UTI this week so it’s been an interesting challenge. Kyle decided to join my run this morning and it was really fun and motivating! The only time I needed to stop and walk was when my lady biscuits were burning, so my lungs are adjusting well! I’m feeling much more optimistic for my upcoming 10k!
I made my workouts happen today! I did a slow AF PR for a mile. I’m here for it and excited to watch my upcoming progress! Additionally, I signed up for the @lifetime.life #60xtchallenge - a 60 day transformation challenge. I’m hoping it’ll help me prep for my first ever 10k. Ya girl is NERVOUS!!! I have a few other exciting things in the works but nothing I’m ready to share just yet. Guess you’ll just have to keep following my crazy little journey to find out! 😜
