No one asked but, regarding Alpha!Bucky fic, I thought of him as kind of a “sleeping Alpha.” His natural instincts are buried under trauma and self-deprecation, so he doesn’t act like the stereotypical Alpha in society, he avoids leading or dominating.

That side only really shows up in intimate moments or for protection, never as public displays of power. Deep down, he doesn’t even believe he deserves an Omega.

So with him, the Omega has to be the one to “push” him, so to speak, being more active, giving him clear signals, and taking the lead at first. He needs that because he doesn’t trust his own instincts.

For him, it’s less about chasing and more about cautiously realizing that he’s wanted.

This morning I ran to MSD. I’ve only lived in the area a couple of years so I’d never been there before. A free event had been organized where for every mile ran, the gym donated $1 to the official gofundme. From the gym, to the school and back was a little over 3 miles. They also had shirts for available for donations where 100% of the proceeds went directly to the gofundme. Making it to the school was incredibly moving. I hit pause on the workout for a while once I got there. These are my best stats to date and I attribute that to how emotionally charged I was. Standing there reading all the banners and signs, drenched in sweat I found myself so angry that we live in a world where tragedies like this happen. At schools, no less. I couldn’t hold back tears thinking about the 17 people (and all those injured) just trying to go to school/work. 17 beautiful people. I ran for them all today. 🦅❤️

Saw my dietitian today. She's the sweetest, I swear. I love her already hahah. Anyways, she put me on a 1200-1400 cal diet. And I have to start journaling my food 😬😩 I hate doing that kind of stuff honestly. She said it's not needed and she doesn't care about the numbers, but that it'll be helpful to me. She said it's not something she wants me doing for the rest of my life, but for right now I need to. And I also expressed to her how I'm kind of scared of food. She told me it's normal for someone like me. But food isn't something I should fear, food is good. She told me to remember 85/15. Eat healthy 85% of the time and the other 15% I can indulge some. I think I like that rule. I got back on the first and my goal is to be 10-15 pounds down if possible. I started today doing a February challenge with some girls on Instagram. It helped me get my 3 miles in and my water. Ooo, another thing, choosing not to weigh myself either. Next time I will weigh will be at my next appt on March first. "Alice girl, you can do this!!!
