More exciting gear news in the world of Cody Summit! To quote the philosopher Ice Cube “Today was a Good Day”! I scored this Simon and Patrick Woodland Pro folk guitar- lightly used with a Fishman Anthem pick up, from the best music instrument store in the Baltimore area @musicgoroundcockeysville ...I saw her last Saturday when I traded in a bunch of gear to get that dearmond pickup...and she lingered in my mind like that 80s song “lady in red”. On Sunday, I sold an octave mandolin in the hopes of getting a guitar that will strictly be kept in standard tuning and drop d- and this is it. I’ve always been thoroughly impressed by Canadian guitars. Many moons ago a friend gave me a seagull that I was crazy about, and I’ve always had my eye on them ever since. Here’s me playing a song I wrote a while back but never recorded.
