Being vegan, doesn’t have to be difficult. This journey has taken me many places, and I am not quite there yet. But I am working on it. But it’s fairly easy, and if you think it will be hard to give some products up, then just know, that there are so many supplements out there, that you won’t even think about craving, anything else. Just make sure, you eat enough and listen to your body.
A lot of people ask me if it isn’t hard and difficult, to make meals, and really I don’t think it is. My girlfriend and I started out, by cutting out meat, from our meals, firstly because of the cost, but then I became more aware of the way animals were treaten, and I would never go back. Then we switched dairy out with soy milk, yoghurt, plant based butter, and stopped buying and using eggs.
For us, it has made more sense, to do it in small steps, so that it wouldn’t be too hard, and so that we didn’t have to throw away food. I am very proud of myself, and believe that this is the path for me.
