Bank Update

I have never given any bank or financial institution permission to:

• Control my money

• Control what I do with my money or anything similar.

While I continue to have funds in my account, the Newcastle Permanent Building Society thinks they can stop me from paying bills and accounts that existed before I joined their bank.

I am going to try and pay my bills again... If they are declined, I will be withdrawing all of the money and changing banks. 

The last bank that I was with, thought they could take my child's pension money - as if they have any rights to it. I left that bank after getting bank the $500 - $1000 and have never looked back. It's bad enough they take money that I do not owe them, but to control what I do with it has never ever been acceptable. At no time did I ever sign a contract that stated the Newcastle Pemanent Building Society could control my finances, which then interferes with my life.

When there's a current balance and an available balance that's not in debit, it makes more sense to use that money for any credit card uses or bank payments. The NPBS takes it out of their own money, then charges me a dishonour few - they have never thought of using the money I had in my account, for those bills and payments. I have been charged a dishonour fee on many similar occasions, which clearly displays that I had money in the account at the time and on 98% of that time. NPBS is ripping me off and taking money that I do not owe. Who do they think they are to take my money or to control it without any or prior permission?

This has happened too often - while they try to explain how I was in the wrong, I always say "I am looking at the account right now. It shows that I had money in that account all day, so why would you charge a dishonour fee if the money is already there?" They always respond "no. I have your account open in front of me and it does not say that". I reply "I took screenshots of that screen, so tell me 'no' again. You can continue to lie and be incompetent but I have the account open and I have visual evidence which clearly proves that what you are saying is wrong".

They obviously need to see these posts again, as I do not tolerate theft and I did not sign a contract that gave up any rights to my life or what happens in it.

I am going to say this for the last and final time....

I do not give any individual, business, financial institution or anyone permission to do any of the following:

• Interfere in my life

• Interfere in my child's life

• Interfere with my family's lives

• Rob or Steal from me

• Rob or Steal from my child

• Rob or Steal from my family

• Control my life

• Control my child's life

• Control my family's lives and more...

Whatever it may be, I do not give permission to anyone or anything that may harm myself, my child and/or my family.

Any person, business or similar who does so - legally agrees to pay myself, my child, my family financial compensation and remuneration. There are no excuses or exceptions. If you do not want to pay, then you know what not to do. But to do so or continue doing so, you accept full responsibility and agree to pay the money within 7 days of the activity occurring.

I also do not give permission for anyone to contact my family or to discuss my personal affairs/business, without providing compensation or remuneration payments beforehand.

This information has been public knowledge for more than 5 consecutive years, it has never changed and it never will - it stays in full affect til the day my family no longer exists!! Every business that I use or am associated to, has known this since the day I joined or used their service. I make this information public, as no excuses or exceptions will ever be tolerated and/or accepted. Any time before this, I have not used any services that operates with such incompetence and always have my name removed if the incompetence ever becomes public.

No matter what happens, I will never let another person, business or service interfere with or ruin my life ever again.

All businesses, services and similar must be prepared to receive an invoice of payment, and send all monies to my PayPal account. Again, there are no acceptions or excuses. common sense is: either leave people alone or deal with the consequences of your own actions!
