Updates Galore!!! We are reaching the second half of my client's building journey in Aubrey, TX. ___________ We start in the Arrowbrooke community located off FM 1385 near the Aubrey/Prosper (DENTON ISD) border. Client's home now has a roof, it's been wrapped, and plumbing and electrical has been placed throughout the home. Now it is time to add the insulation and sheetrock. ___________ Next we head to the Silverado community located off FM 2931 (AUBREY ISD). Two clients are currently building in this community. As you see, the bricking process has started for one and drywall and baseboards have been added to the interior. On home number 2, brick has been delivered and the drywall has been added to the interior. ___________ All THREE clients are building their new homes for LESS THAN $240,000. Find your budget.
