I really can’t say enough good things about Adventures with Anxiety. Not only is it wonderfully animated and really, really funny - it’s accurate as hell. My fiancee and I found ourselves repeatedly being like ‘Yup. That’s just how it is!’ Even weeks after playing it apart and together, the ‘anxiety wolf’ from this game has become a part of our coping lexicon.
Really, really worth a play for the fun of it, but especially if you’re someone with anxiety that feels misunderstood, or you know someone with anxiety and want to understand.
