I recently figured out I'm New Kid from the South Park games. I'm a good fucking kinnie I don't deserve this. I've never seen a lick of the show either. But, it seems like I'm stuck with this, so if I'm gonna be in kin hell I might as well kick my feet up on the throne of it. #fathernomore

Newt to Tumblr.

As you may have guessed, I’m a newt. A co-worker of mine told me to check out Tumblr and I decided to make one after seeing all the positive remarks regarding otherkin, feminism, and x-genders. Well, I’ll make this easy on you. I am none of those things. I am who I am. I am a newt. Well, a newt in a humans body. This blog is for myself and nobody else. I am going to use it to vent my frustration, like today when my boss called me a and my co-workers people. Excuse me, but I really take offense to that. So please, if youre going to address me, please respect who I am. I am a newt.

I don't see why every newkin wants to go out and tell everyone about being a werewolf or someting. It's not like it's something that affects anybody at all and jesus christ you're human right now and ya gotta act like it regardless and it's just such complete bullshit when people make such a small thing out to be more than it is!

For all the Kin who see

We have all heard a great deal of bad publicity for our kind. (Using "our Kind" as a general term to represent all Kin, so forgive me if i don't call out specifics.) I hope that many of you can weed out what is true and what is not. We are all intelligent beings regardless of Kin-type, gender, sexual orientation, spiritual/physical age, and religious beliefs. There shouldn't be any disharmony among our own and with the way we are being singled out and persecuted we should all stand together as one. I know many of you might not agree wholeheartedly with the person next to you, or you might not exactly feel that you can be allies with others. Please, just give it a try. There are so many out there who are discriminating against us because we identify differently. We don these human shells in order to co-exist in a world where we are hated and feared. 

You're not alone in your want to be free to fly, run, hop, swim, or whatever. There are tons of us out there who are feeling the same way you do. We've all been there. I have been there, tossed aside by my own human family, my ex-husband. I have even been cast out by a few Kin because they can not agree to disagree. We all have different views, but one common goal. We all wish to be accepted for who we are. We don't want to be singled out in any way. I have skimmed through so many blogs/pages and have found the same close-minded discrimination towards people I care about. Towards other Kin like me. It saddens me that mankind can not and will not understand that there is more out there than what they can see in front of their noses.

I know so many fascinating beings: Human and Kin alike. If only we could find a way to set aside fear, pride, anger, jealousy, hatred, and find the joy of merely being in each others presence. We can learn so much from everyone if only we could see.

I am here to help those who ask for it. Do not be fooled though, I will learn just as much as anyone else from each individual I encounter. I can only hope that one day, you all will come to realize, we are all fighting for the same Goal...
