VALIDATION OF THE ReserbaPH APP
To attest the truth and validity of the target market in using ReserbaPH
Based on the medical professionals' answers on our survey questionnaire, what they are supposed to do in times of encountering medical care problems such as long wait times especially amidst this pandemic is to “ be patient in the lobby, contacting people who are authorized to assist them. As a patient, they don't have a choice but to wait.” However, if there is an easy way to book an appointment like online booking then they would go for it to save time and energy as well as to be safe from this virus outbreak.
DECISION
We’ve decided to continue our market validation in order for us to assess the 25 medical professionals but only 8 medical professionals answered the survey given, maybe because they’re too busy or they don’t have time to answer. Targeting 25 Medical workers is really hard as a potential scope of the sector for validation in this app.
OPTIONS
So our option is to assess the medical students instead of assessing the medical professionals and concentrate solely on validating our target market. Furthermore, we are just going to strategize on how to improve the Business Model Canvas and so validation is our top priority for the time being. Based on the survey, ReserbaPH is really needed in our society since it has 100% rate that the services that we’ve offer that establishes a hospital booking system app that will be a great help on lessening the burden of long wait times and seeking for appropriate services for the patients.
REALIZATION
A lack of resources in healthcare settings has serious consequences for the quality of patient care and the professional work environment for healthcare providers. The need of health system resources and making better use of the resources are two approaches that can suffice the needs of workers and meet patients’ expectations.
