Vape ban is ending today at noon !!! Massachusetts stores will now be able to sell vape products again, with Gov. Charlie Baker adding some new laws and regulations. State wide ban on flavors for vape and e-cigarettes will now be effect, unless you go to a 21+ smoking lounge. Stores will have to cap their potency at 35 milligrams of nicotine to milliliter. Also a 75% percent excise tax will be immediately placed on vape products, to help prevent underage children from getting them in bulk. The Department of Public Health will be making more regulations as time goes, still unclear how and when they might step in. We would to like to welcome back Vape-RJ1, he has been in quarantine since September 24th. With all this happening it can feel like Christmas has come early, but a lot is still on the air about how they plan on selling flavors or penalties for having them on you. Also how people will take the new tax on vape products. For now this is a step in the right direction for the state, stay classy Boston. #toonbuds #newsbuds #news #newsarticle #vapeban #massvapeban #cannabisnews #potleaf #vapepen #cannabis #cannabislaw #cannabiscommunity #cannabisart #art #toon #massachusetts #freedom #boston #informative #christmasmiracle #extraextra #breakingnews #newsanchor #cartridges #vapecarts #welcomeback #vapecommunity #vapelife #vapenation #vaper https://www.instagram.com/p/B570QtaBTo-/?igshid=viwx48wm9h3h
