0:47States The mass immigration is insane um

0:51and will lead to the destruction of any

0:53country that allows um unfettered mass

0:57immigration that country will simply

0:59cease to exist Um at the end of the day

1:03it is a numbers game a numbers situation

1:07Um if there are eight billion people in

1:09the world and uh you let's say you're a

1:13country of you know 50 million 60

1:16million um or you know for a

1:19medium-sized country or but even for a

1:21country like the United States which is

1:22350 million uh given that there are 8

1:25billion people in the world it only

1:28takes a few% of the rest of the world to

1:30move to the country to where it is no

1:32longer that country

1:35A country is not its geography A country

1:38is its people

1:44Salvini Musk laid out his vision for a

1:47more open economic future not just for

1:49goods but for people too

1:55I I hope that

1:57um I hope I hope that the United States

2:00and Europe uh can establish a very close

2:05partnership Uh we obviously are there's

2:09an alliance already but I'm hopeful that

2:11there can be a very close relationship

2:13with America and Europe

2:16Um and uh I'm hopeful for example with

2:19the tariffs that that uh at the end of

2:21the day it I hope it is agreed that both

2:25Europe and the United States should move

2:28ideally in my view to a zero tariff

2:30situation effectively creating a free

2:32trade zone between Europe and North

2:35America Um and uh that that would be my

2:40that's what I hope I hope occurs

2:43Um and also uh more more freedom of

2:46people to move between Europe and North

2:48America if if they wish if they wish to

2:51work in Europe or wish to work in

2:52America they should be allowed to do so

2:55in my view Um so that that has certainly

2:59been my uh advice to the president

3:04The League part of Italy's ruling

3:06coalition has long promoted protection

3:08of national industry but now finds

3:11itself aligned with Musk's call for

3:13greater transatlantic cooperation at

3:15least when it comes to

3:20tariffs We compete on the quality of the

3:22product and it is unrivaled So there has

3:25to be a negotiation with the American

3:27government It will be complicated

3:29complex delicate but it's better to talk

3:33than to make

3:36war Musk's remarks reflect a growing

3:38alignment between far-right European

3:40parties and proTrump figures in the

3:43United States He has previously voiced

3:46support for Italy's Prime Minister

3:48George Maloney and continues to back

3:50leaders who oppose mass immigration and

3:53state overreach
