Day 12 - Questions??
I am less then happy with my morning at the gym. I always start my workouts by stretching, then i run on the treadmill. Today when I got almost to the mile mark my legs began trembling and were very painful. Now I am no trainer so i paused the treadmill just thinking I needed to stretch more so I did. But when I started to run the pain returned so I just stopped running. I still workout in other ways. Tried some new stuff. Any idea on why my kegs hurt so bad? Am I just pushing myself to much yesterday I ran/walked in intervals for 1 hour I didn't think it was to much, is it?
